For architects and their practices

Take a single open desk, or a closed office for the whole practice, in Al-Olaya, Al-Khobar. The rooms you need on presentation day are booked by the hour or by the slot.

A table for six, a screen for thirty

Al-Malqa is a meeting room with one table for six people, a screen and a writable wall, and it is booked by the hour: the size of a review with a client. Al-Ma'arij holds up to 30 with a screen and a sound system, in slots of two to five hours: the size of a presentation to a committee or a lecture to students. Both are booked ahead, so the room is settled before your client arrives.

Hayz, a private office

Hayz is a private office inside the shared workspace. Take it by the day, by the month or for a year as the practice's base in Al-Khobar. Monthly plans carry 24/7 entry and take 20% off an Al-Malqa booking.

The night before a deadline

24/7 entry comes with the monthly plans, by code or by card. A submission night at two in the morning happens in the same room as the working day.

The invoice and the booking

The booking is finished on the site, and a tax invoice is issued on request, since MAZJ is VAT registered.

For a practice

I'm an architect in Al-Khobar and I want an office of my own. What fits?
At MAZJ in Al-Olaya, Al-Khobar, Hayz is a private office inside the shared workspace, booked from a day to a week or month after month, and the monthly plan carries 24/7 entry. An open desk is available on its own by the day or by the month. Reception is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
I need to walk a client through drawings. Where do we sit?
In Al-Malqa, MAZJ's meeting room: one table for six people, a screen and a writable wall, booked by the hour. The discount on it is 15% for space subscribers and 20% for monthly private offices.
I've been asked to give a talk to a bigger group. Do you have a room that size?
Yes. Al-Ma'arij is MAZJ's events hall in Al-Khobar, with up to 30 seats facing a screen and a sound system, and it is booked by the slot. Once the team knows how many people are coming, the room is ready before your slot.
Does anything happen at MAZJ for people in architecture?
Yes, in the Al-Ma'arij hall since 2022: an evening with the architect Ahlam Al-Furaihi on architecture and practice, an evening with Muhannad Al-Malki, an AIA Middle East award winner, and a session on digital creativity in architectural rendering. MAZJ was also the knowledge partner for the College of Architecture and Design at Al-Asala University.
